Storekeeper

Job Responsibilities

Receive, check, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders and purchase orders.

Arrange, store, and label materials and goods in the designated storage areas.

Prepare and issue materials, tools, and equipment to relevant departments.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.

Conduct regular stocktaking and report stock discrepancies.

Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.

Assist with loading, unloading, packing, and delivery arrangements.

Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the storeroom is clean, organised, and safe.

Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Minimum secondary education or equivalent.

Previous storekeeping or warehouse experience will be an advantage.

Basic computer skills and inventory record-keeping knowledge.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Physically fit and able to handle goods and materials safely.

Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Forklift licence is an advantage, if applicable.
