DKG Diving Services Pvt Ltd as an Storekeeper, you'll be at the heart of a company's success, focusing on its most valuable asset: its people. Your role is multifaceted, encompassing strategic planning and day-to-day operations to ensure a productive, engaged, and legally compliant workforce

Job Purpose

To manage and control all materials, equipment, tools, and consumables for DKG Diving Services operations. Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuance, documentation, and safety compliance in accordance with Company SOPs, IMCA guidelines, and Client requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Store & Inventory Management

• Receive, check, and verify all incoming materials, diving equipment, spares, PPE, and consumables against PO and Delivery Notes.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and segregation of materials as per HSE and manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in store software/Excel: Stock In, Stock Out, Bin Cards, and Inventory Reports.
• Conduct weekly/monthly physical stock checks and cycle counts. Report discrepancies immediately.

2. Issuance & Control

• Issue materials, tools, and diving equipment to site/project teams based on approved Material Requisition.
• Maintain proper documentation for all issues, returns, and transfers between sites.
• Ensure traceability of critical items: lifting gear, shackles, gas cylinders, diving equipment with valid certificates.

3. Equipment & Asset Control

• Coordinate with Technical/Diving team for calibration, inspection, and certification status of equipment.
• Maintain records of equipment movement to/from site, vessel, and warehouse.
• Arrange proper cleaning and preservation of equipment after return from site.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly store reports, stock status, and dead stock reports.
• Assist in preparation of material requests and coordinate with Procurement & Projects.
• Maintain files of invoices, GRNs, gate passes, and client handover documents.

5. HSE & Compliance

• Ensure warehouse housekeeping, safety, and 5S compliance.
• Follow proper handling and storage of hazardous materials, gas cylinders, chemicals as per MSDS.
• Comply with Company QHSE policy, UAE Labor Law, and Client requirements.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

• Administrative Experience: 3-5 years experience as Storekeeper, preferably in Oil & Gas / Marine / Diving / Construction industry in UAE.

Education

• High School Diploma. Diploma in Logistics/Warehouse Management preferred.

Key Skills

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Knowledge of lifting equipment, diving tools, and PPE is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of word, excel, Powerpoint.
• Good communication in English/Hindi is an advantage
• Ability to work on sites and offshore locations when required

Work Conditions

• Warehouse + Site based work
• UAE Driving License preferred

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
