Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies.

• Maintain proper storage and ensure materials are organized and labeled.

Issue materials to production as per approved requests.

• Update stock records, GRN, issue slips, and maintain inventory ERP/manual records.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions for low-stock items.

Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock verification.

• Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO systems for material handling.
• Safeguard stores area maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper stacking.

Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments.

Handle return of unused or rejected materials.

• Prepare reports such as stock statements, material in-out summaries, etc Skills & Qualifications

12th / Diploma / Graduate (preferred).

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP, email).

Knowledge of inventory management methods.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
