STOREKEEPER

e are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage our warehouse and ensure that all materials, tools and stocks are properly received, stored and recorded.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check and record incoming materials and goods.
• Ensure all materials are properly stored and arranged in the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and issue materials according to production or site requirements.
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts.
• Check the quantity and condition of goods received and report any shortages or damages.
• Maintain proper documentation for stock movement, delivery and receiving.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized and safe at all times.
• Coordinate with the purchasing, production and site teams regarding material requirements.
• Monitor stock usage and inform the supervisor when stocks are running low.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of aluminium, glass, hardware and other related materials.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations.
• Experience in the aluminium, glass, construction or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Able to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Able to work well with others and follow instructions.
• Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of the work.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
