Storekeeper

* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.

* Maintain proper stock records the materials.

* Issue materials to the production team based on approved material requests.

* Record all incoming and outgoing materials accurately in the stock register or inventory system.

* Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department when materials need to be reordered.

* Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

* Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials to prevent damage, loss, and wastage.

* Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, and Production departments regarding material receipts, stock availability, and discrepancies.

* Maintain records of material receipts, issues, returns, and damaged or rejected items.

* Ensure that materials are issued only against authorized requests.

* Keep the store and warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.

* Monitor the movement of tools, equipment, and consumables issued to factory employees.

* Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports as required by management.

* Assist in stock audits and provide supporting documents whenever required.
