Storekeeper

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to support our daily store and inventory operations at Raffles Medical Group. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing and replenishing supplies while ensuring accurate inventory records and smooth distribution to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, store, issue and replenish stocks and supplies.
• Prepare, pack and distribute supplies to end-users and relevant departments.
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and organisation of inventory.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, inventory or warehouse operations. Candidates without relevant experience may also be considered.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physically able to perform general storekeeping duties.
• Knowledge of SAP and purchasing experience in a healthcare institution would be an added advantage.
