Storekeeper

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organised Storekeeper to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for handling daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, preparing stock replenishments for retail stores and pop-up events, and ensuring smooth stock movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, sort and arrange incoming stock and deliveries.
• Pick, pack and prepare stock for replenishment to retail stores and pop-up events.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods during deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock-taking.
• Ensure all merchandise is properly labelled, stored and organised in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Assist with setting up and dismantling pop-up events when required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods or inventory issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or storekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to handle physical warehouse duties, including lifting, moving and arranging cartons.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock handling is an advantage.
• Responsible, hardworking and well-organised.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to assist with pop-up event setup and other operational duties when required.
