StoreKeeper (Kempas)

Responsibilities:

1. To perform task as a Storekeeper.
2. To control the flow of stock through a warehouse, monitoring goods   in and out (stock controller).
3. Responsible to ensure proper filling and safekeeping of inventory records including avoid over, under-stocking of materials, protect materials from losses and damages.
4. Be involved in stock control and assist the management in daily routine tasks.
5. Carry out stock cycle count and housekeeping of the work area.
6. Handle warehouse operation: issue Delivery Order, receiving incoming/outgoing goods.
7. Responsible to liaise with logistic partners as and when required.
8. To perform other tasks as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent. A diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.

2. Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse/storekeeping. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge may be considered.

3. Skills:

   • Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
   • Ability to operate warehouse-related software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
   • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).
   • Good organizational and time management skills.

4. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as needed.

5. Personal Attributes: Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

6. Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.

7. Others: Willing to work overtime when required.

9. Working days: 5.5days
