Loom Crafts is hiring two experienced Storekeepers to manage material receipts, storage, issues and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.

• Record receipts, issues, returns and stock movements in Tally.

• Maintain organised storage, material identification and bin locations.

• Issue materials against authorised requirements.

• Conduct physical stock counts, reconcile differences and report discrepancies.

• Report shortages, damaged materials and slow-moving stock.

• Coordinate with purchase, production and accounts to maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements

• Preferably 3+ years of manufacturing stores or inventory management experience.

• Hands-on experience with Tally inventory and working knowledge of Excel.

• Familiarity with stores documentation and physical stock reconciliation.

• Strong accuracy, organisation and material-control skills.

• Furniture or prefab manufacturing experience preferred.
