Storekeeper Staff

Bali Management Villas is currently seeking a organized and trustworthy Storekeeper Staff to join our team and support overall operations across multiple villa properties. This role will focus on managing stock and supplies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all villas have the items they need to run smoothly and deliver excellent guest experiences.

Salary: IDR 4.000.000 - 5.000.000 per month (no service charge)

Placement: Kerobokan, Bali

About the Role
The Storekeeper Staff will support the overall operations of all villa properties by managing the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods and supplies. This role works closely with the operations, housekeeping, and purchasing teams to ensure stock is always available, well organized, and properly recorded.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and record incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Store items properly and keep the storeroom clean, organized, and safe.
• Issue supplies and amenities to villas and departments based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records, including daily stock in and out.
• Conduct regular stock checks and monthly stock opname, and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when items need to be reordered.
• Check the quality, quantity, and expiry dates of goods upon receipt.
• Report damaged, missing, or excess items promptly.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Storekeeper in hotels, villas, or hospitality industry.

• Good understanding of inventory control, stock recording, and stock opname.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).

• Basic communication skills in English.

• Physically fit and able to lift and move goods.

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

• Must be domiciled in Bali.
