What they need
Inventory & Store Management:
Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials and tools against purchase orders (LPOs) and delivery notes.
Issue materials and equipment to site staff against approved request forms.
Maintain clean, organized storage and keep accurate daily inventory records in MS Excel/software.
Monitor stock levels and alert procurement when reorder limits are reached.
Timekeeping & Attendance:
Record daily attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave for site labor and staff.
Prepare accurate weekly/monthly timesheets for HR and payroll processing.
Track and update labor allocation across different sites or projects.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
