Store/Operation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store/Operation Executive to support and manage daily sales operations, customer and dealer coordination.

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good communication with customers, dealers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer, Dealer & After-Sales Support

• Support responses to dealer and end-user inquiries, primarily relating to products, orders, and after-sales matters.
• Assist with product-related inquiries and coordinate with relevant internal teams to facilitate issue resolution.
• Support dealer claims and follow up on claim-related matters when required.
• Assist as a backup for Customer Service Administration when required, including handling end-user inquiries, scheduling technician appointments, preparing service reports, and managing relevant courier waybills.
• Communicate with relevant parties, including Conex via WeChat, for product coordination and issue resolution when required.
• Assist in creating and maintaining service cases and daily service updates where required.

Product, Inventory & Project Support

• Assist in managing product-related records and SQL stock information, including the issuing and receiving of faulty locks returned for servicing.
• Assist with product arrangements, including locks, temporary locks, samples, and products for prospects.
• Support project-related tasks, including preparing quotations, arranging products, managing consignment, sending products to prospects, and providing relevant product explanations.
• Prepare internal documents such as memos, price list templates, quotations, service-related documentation, and other marketing/project documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Storekeeping, and Management to support product, project, and marketing requirements.
• Assist with storekeeper-related operational matters when required.

Service Reporting & Coordination

• Assist in preparing monthly KPI reports, service claim reports, campaign reports, and other relevant management reports.
• Maintain daily updates and tracking records for relevant service, product, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate emergency or urgent support with relevant teams when required.
• Assist with weekend activation code requests or other urgent product-related support when assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or a related role.
• Experience in a B2B, distributor, dealer, retail, or trading environment is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
