Storeperson

Cranfield Group is currently recruiting experienced Storepersons, Forklift Operators and Warehouse All-Rounders for a number of clients across both the Northern and Southern Gold Coast.

We have various opportunities available within manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and distribution environments.
Whether you’re looking for ongoing work, a temp-to-perm opportunity or your next permanent position, we want to hear from you.
Duties may include:

• Forklift operation – counterbalance and/or high reach
• Pick packing and order preparation
• Receiving and dispatch
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Inventory control and stock management
• RF scanning
• Stocktakes and cycle counts
• Container unloading
• Freight and dispatch preparation
• General stores and warehouse duties
• Manual handling
• Basic warehouse paperwork and computer systems

What we’re looking for:

• Current Forklift Licence – essential
• Previous stores, warehousing or logistics experience
• Strong pick packing skills
• Experience with inventory and stock control
• Confidence working both on and off the forklift
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable transport
• Good communication skills
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work within busy warehouse and manufacturing environments
