Mitchell machine spares are seeking to hire a full-time or part-time store person.

Job description:

The main objective of the role is to provide customers with the best help possible.

Key roles/responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining good customer relations which include selling and giving advice on products.
• Handling in store and phone queries in a professional manner.
• Restocking all shelves and maintaining a clean work area.
• Managing point of sale processes, including cash, card and credit transactions.
• Stock control and merchandising.
• Product pricing.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience within Agriculture/hardware sector is essential.
• Mechanical experience would be an advantage.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to be flexible when the occasion demands.
• Good customer communication skills.
• Team player.
• Manual Handling is an advantage but training can be arranged.
• Wages depending on previous experience.
