Working Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm, you’ll support the storage, movement and loading of seafood products. This is a physical role involving forklift operation and manual stacking, so you’ll need to be reasonably fit and comfortable working in a cold environment.

- Working with the wider logistics and operations teams to keep things running smoothly
What we're looking for:
You’ll be a dependable team player who enjoys practical work, follows instructions and takes pride in doing the job safely.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing or a similar environment
- A Forklift Operator Certificate (FOC) is preferred
- A reasonable level of fitness for manual stacking and product handling
- Confidence working in a cold storage environment
- Good attention to detail and time management
- A positive attitude, clear communication and willingness to help your teammates
Why join us?
Join a team that plays an important part in Sanford’s seafood operations, with a consistent weekday schedule and practical work where your contribution matters. You’ll be part of a business with a proud seafood history and a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement. If you’re comfortable in the cold, enjoy physical work and work well as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.
For consideration, you will need to be eligible to work in New Zealand. As part of our recruitment process, pre-employment checks may include a criminal history check, drug and alcohol testing and a medical assessment.
