Storeperson

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Storeperson with a great attitude and a willingness to learn to join our small warehouse team.

We welcome experienced operators as well as candidates who have recently obtained their forklift licence and are looking to build their skills in a supportive working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and processing incoming goods.
• Preparing orders for despatch.
• Labelling, palletising, wrapping and organising stock.
• Operating Nichiyu and CAT forklifts, including counterbalance and high reach where required.
• Handling alcohol and beverage products safely and carefully.
• Loading, unloading and moving stock around the warehouse.
• Supporting team members with general warehouse duties.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

About you

• A great attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual and happy to assist and support a small team.
• A current forklift licence, with experience operating counterbalance and/or high-reach forklifts.
• Experience operating Nichiyu and CAT forklifts is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Experience in receiving, despatch, labelling and palletising is preferred.
• Experience handling alcohol and beverage products is an advantage.
