Roy Gripske & Sons (RGS) is a long-established, family-owned Australian business operating in the outdoor power equipment industry.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our warehouse team at Truganina.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our distribution centre, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and stock is received and stored safely.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders, ranging from small cartons to larger palletised items
• Receiving and checking incoming stock
• Assisting with unloading containers and deliveries
• Replenishing stock and maintaining warehouse locations
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Operating a forklift where appropriately licensed
• Completing stocktakes and stock checks
• Using RF scanners as part of warehouse operations
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Assisting with other general warehouse duties as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-focused and enjoys being part of a team.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous warehouse, storeperson, picking or packing experience
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Good attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• The ability to work effectively as part of a warehouse team
• A positive and practical approach to your work
• The physical capacity to safely perform the inherent requirements of the role, including regular manual handling
• Full Australian working rights

A current forklift licence and previous experience using RF scanners would be highly regarded but are not essential.
