Pay: AFT Shift $45.18 – $47.92 per hour | PM Shift $48.30 – $51.23 per hour + overtime penalties

About the Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the safe and efficient movement of customer orders through the warehouse. This hands-on role will involve picking, packing, loading, unloading and operating warehouse equipment within a heavy industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks safely and in line with site procedures
• Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and overhead cranes
• Support internal and external customers with a professional, service-focused approach
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety requirements and contribute to a positive safety culture

Roster

• Non-rotating shifts
• AFT Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• PM Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am
• Monday to Friday roster
• Weekend overtime available

Pay Rates

• AFT Shift: $45.18 – $47.92 per hour + overtime penalties, depending on experience
• PM Shift: $48.30 – $51.23 per hour + overtime penalties, depending on experience

What You Will Bring

• Full Australian Work Rights with no work restrictions or limitations
• Previous warehousing experience, ideally within a heavy industry environment
• A current high-risk forklift licence
• Confident forklift operating experiencE
• Overhead crane operating experience (highly advantageous)
• A strong commitment to safety and following procedures
• A team-focused approach and willingness to support others
