Storeroom/Inventory Staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures that all invoices are properly received by end user.

Checks all invoices against attached approved PO and PR.

Checks unit cost of all items from invoices vs. approved PR, Canvas Form and PO
Monitor Inventory/Storeroom
Prepares classification of items such as Linen, Glassware and Silverware, etc.

Prepare to coordinate with Finance Manager all the expenses during liquidation.

Prepares Accounts Payable Voucher (APV) of all deliveries for Cost and Property.

Reports any deviation from the company policies and procedures.

Performs other jobs that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
