- Receive raw material shipments, milk deliveries, and sugar supplies; verify weights and expiry dates.
- Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation principles.
- Issue exact daily raw ingredient requisitions to shift cooks.
- Qualifications & Skills: Basic computer/register entry skills; inventory handling experience in food services.
