Stores Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day activities of the stores and maintain proper material records.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and basic details against purchase documents.
• Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requirements.
• Maintain stock registers, material receipts, issues, and balance records.
• Ensure proper identification, storage, and handling of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages or requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and QC departments regarding material movement.
• Assist in periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain proper documentation related to stores activities.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant stores experience.
• Good computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with different departments.
• Responsible and organized approach to material handling

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
