Job Description – Stores Executive

Experience: 1–3 years

Job Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Make accurate entries of material receipts and stock movements in the system.
• Maintain proper storage, identification and organization of materials.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with courier companies and transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Track shipments and follow up on delayed or pending deliveries.
• Maintain dispatch records, delivery proofs and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and proper housekeeping of the store.

Required Skills

• Basic computer skills and ability to work on inventory or ERP systems.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Responsible, organized and willing to work in a hands-on operational role.

Qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Location: Noida

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
