Stores Executive

• Manage daily store operations and maintain proper stock levels.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against purchase orders and invoices.
• Inspect materials for quantity, quality, and damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers or ERP systems.
• Issue materials to departments as per approved requests.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Coordinate with the purchase department for material replenishment.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and identification of materials.
• Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes (MIN), and other store documents.
• Follow company procedures for material handling, safety, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
