Job Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse/store operations, ensuring accurate inventory, timely material movement, and efficient storage and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and other teams for material availability.
• Monitor warehouse manpower, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports and resolve stock discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma with relevant experience in warehouse/store operations.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in supply chain/manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, ERP/WMS, and warehouse processes.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
