We are currently seeking reliable and hard working warehouse candidates for a variety of roles across the Northern Beaches. Whether you are an experienced Leading Hand, Forklift Operator, Storeperson, Dispatch Coordinator or an all-round Warehouse Assistant, we would love to hear from you.

• Typical Duties

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
• Receiving and unloading incoming stock
• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Inventory control, cycle counts and stocktakes
• Maintaining accurate warehouse records and system updates
• Using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Coordinating freight and transport providers
• Quality checking orders prior to dispatch
• Managing despatch priorities and delivery deadlines
• Supporting daily warehouse operations
• Supervising and mentoring warehouse staff
• Ensuring workplace safety standards are maintained
• General warehouse housekeeping and organisation

We are Looking For

• Previous warehouse, logistics, dispatch or stores experience
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience using RF scanners, WMS or ERP systems highly regarded
• Leadership experience welcomed for Leading Hand and Team Leader opportunities
• Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded but not essential
• High Reach experience advantageous
• Full working rights in Australia
