Storeworker / 3PL Assistant

About the role

We're looking for a licensed Storeworker to join our warehouse team full-time as a 3PL Assistant. You'll work on day-to-day warehouse throughput and help our 3PL operation run accurately. That means receiving client stock, keeping pallet space records right for billing, and getting the floor ready for incoming containers. This is a Storeworker Grade 2 role. It suits someone who can work from procedures with limited supervision, takes pride in getting the detail right, and wants to grow toward higher-grade responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely and within licence conditions
• Receive 3PL client stock: check quantities, SKUs and locations, then complete GRNs in Pronto the same day
• Keep pallet space records accurate and up to date for 3PL billing
• Help prepare for 3PL container arrivals, including the receiving area, racking and pallet configuration
• Pick and pack orders accurately
• Process stock adjustments in our warehouse management system (Pronto / Pacifica WMS)
• Carry out basic maintenance on tools and equipment, and report faults promptly
• Keep your work area clean, safe and hazard-free

About you

• Current forklift licence (LF) and solid hands-on experience
• Storeworker experience at Grade 1 level or above, or equivalent skills
• Strong attention to detail, because accurate receival and record-keeping matter here
• The ability to follow detailed instructions and work with limited supervision
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Experience in a 3PL or multi-client warehouse (highly regarded)
• Experience with Pronto, Pacifica WMS or a similar system (highly regarded)
• A background in wholesale distribution or importing (highly regarded)
