Position summary
We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused Storm Damage Specialist to help property owners assess storm-related damage and understand their repair options. This role combines neighborhood outreach, damage documentation, customer communication, and contract sales.

Responsibilities

• Visit neighborhoods affected by storms and introduce our inspection and restoration services to homeowners.
• Conduct exterior property inspections for potential storm damage, such as roof, siding, gutter, and window damage.
• Photograph and document findings clearly and accurately.
• Explain the inspection results and the next steps in plain language, without guaranteeing insurance coverage or claim outcomes.
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance representatives, and internal project teams to help coordinate inspections and claim-related documentation.
• Present service options, answer questions, follow up with prospective customers, and obtain signed contracts when the customer chooses to proceed.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, conversations, and agreements.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and working outdoors.
• Organized, dependable, and able to document details accurately.
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred; storm restoration or construction experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Willingness to learn safe inspection practices and relevant company procedures.

• Explain findings and available restoration services clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with homeowners, insurance representatives, and internal teams regarding inspections and documentation.
• Present service agreements and obtain signed contracts when customers choose to proceed.
• Keep accurate records and follow company procedures, safety practices, and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and working outdoors.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage follow-ups.
• Sales, construction, or storm-restoration experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Compensation
Commission-based compensation, with earnings tied to sales or completed projects. Provide details of the commission structure, payment timing, and any applicable eligibility requirements during the hiring process.

Pay: $80,400.00 - $175,000.00 per year
