You already know how to find and sell the work. You know how to find the homeowner, inspect the property, identify storm damage, work through the insurance process, earn their trust and get the project signed. You do not need someone teaching you how to sell storm restoration.

What you may need is a better place to do it. A compensation structure that actually rewards what you produce. And an experienced construction company that understands what happens after you make the sale.

At one point, a small storm sales team working with us generated nearly $1 million in business in approximately eight months.

We know this business. We also understand the relationship between a great storm salesperson and a great production company. You work with the homeowner, inspect the property, identify the damage, work with their insurance company and sell the project.

We handle the construction. Materials, scheduling, installation crews, production and completion. You do what you do best. We do what we do best. Together, we take care of the homeowner from the first conversation through the completed project.

Who We’re Looking For:

This is not an entry-level sales position. We’re looking for someone who already understands storm restoration, roofing, siding, exterior construction and insurance-related claims. Experience with Xactimate is highly valued. Previous experience as an insurance adjuster, restoration estimator or working directly with insurance carriers could also be an excellent fit.

Most importantly, you need to know how to sell. That means sitting across from the homeowner, earning their trust, explaining the process clearly, following up, turning opportunities into signed projects and dealing directly with their insurance company throughout the process.

Compensation is commission-based. Your first 15 sales pay 9% commission. After 15 sales, compensation moves to 50% of the profit generated by your projects. At that level, 9% is paid when the sale is made, with the remaining compensation earned paid after the project is completed and funded. The structure is designed to reward strong production and create substantially greater earning potential for proven salespeople.

Strong producers will also have opportunities for advancement as our storm restoration business grows, including training and leadership responsibilities for those who are interested.
