Stove Delivery (Specialized, includes retainer)

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented stove delivery specialist for Electra.
We offer flexible schedules and a $100/week retainer payment.

Duties

• Safely load, unload, and transport stoves using appropriate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or vans with manual transmissions
• Execute precise delivery routes while adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards
• Interact professionally with customers during delivery appointments, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions about the product or installation process
• Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy or bulky items to prevent injury
• Operate in a 3-person team to ensure great customer experience and no damage to goods
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including digital logs via mobile devices and delivery receipts

Skills

• Proven experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or courier services with a focus on heavy lifting and manual handling
• Valid driver’s license with experience driving box trucks or vans
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safe driving practices for route driving and load securement
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor during all interactions
• Proficient in using mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication purposes
