Role Summary:
Responsible for operating and monitoring ETP/STP equipment, ensuring compliance with pollution control norms, and maintaining operational records. Coordinates with internal teams and supports regulatory inspections.

What Youll Do:

• Operate and monitor ETP/STP equipment, including pumps, blowers, clarifiers, filters, and dosing systems
• Monitor treatment processes and ensure compliance with pollution control norms
• Check and record operational parameters such as pH, TDS, COD, BOD, MLSS, DO, flow rate, and chemical consumption
• Prepare and dose treatment chemicals as per operational requirements
• Collect water samples for laboratory testing
• Perform routine inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance of plant equipment
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report equipment failures to the maintenance team
• Maintain daily logbooks, shift reports, and operational records
• Ensure safe handling and disposal of sludge and chemical waste
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures
• Coordinate with laboratory, maintenance, and production teams for smooth plant operation
• Assist during inspections and audits by regulatory authorities

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Experience operating and monitoring ETP/STP equipment
• Ability to check and record operational parameters (pH, TDS, COD, BOD, MLSS, DO, flow rate, chemical consumption)
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and pollution control procedures
