STP Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site activities and ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor and manage the workforce, ensuring adherence to project standards and safety protocols.
• Regularly update project progress to senior management and clients.
• Coordinate material supplies and track inventory specific to each site.
• Communicate with vendors to address and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Oversee the installation and operational processes of ETP, STP, and WTP plants.
• Ensure compliance with project deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in supervising ETP/STP/WTP installation and operation projects.
• Ability to effectively manage and lead workers.
• Experience working on projects across multiple states in India.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay at project locations for extended durations.
