What they need
- At least a high school or vocational graduate.
- Preferably with TESDA NC II/NC III or a crane/heavy equipment certification.
- Knowledgeable in safe crane operation and lifting procedures.
- Can inspect the crane and report any problems.
- Can work well with riggers, signalmen, and supervisors.
- Physically fit and willing to work shifts, overtime, and outdoor site conditions.
- Able to operate the straddle crane safely and responsibly.
