Job Description:

-Prepare financial reports and maintain general ledger

• Process bank reconciliations, invoicing, payments, and lot owner charges.
• Manage financial year-end processes and audit requirements.
• Generate financial reports and support data analysis.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and process investment account transactions

Qualifications:

-A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
-Experience in financial year-end closing and audit preparation.
-Proficiency in bank reconciliations and general ledger management.
-Experience with invoicing, levy charging, and accounts payable processes.
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
