Strata Assistant

The Role

• Support two Strata Managers with portfolios - medium sized schemes
• Handle phone and email enquiries from owners and contractors
• Organise repairs & maintenance as instructed
• Draft letters and owner circulars
• Assist with budgets and meetings
• Optional – attend AGMs if you’re keen to grow into a manager long-term

The Person

• Certificate of Registration essential
• They will put you through and pay for your licence!
• Some previous exposure to strata needed
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to build a career in strata
