Strata Management Assistant

About the role

Provide administrative support to the client's Strata Managers and Strata Accountant. This role focuses on strata administration, levy support, compliance tracking and general office tasks using Strata Master, FileSmart and shared drives.

Key responsibilities

• Data entry and record maintenance using Strata Master, FileSmart and shared drives
• Preparing correspondence, notices, meeting agendas and minutes, Section 184 certificates and Section 22 notices
• Supporting invoice and work order processing
• Levy administration, including issuing notices, arrears reminders and follow-ups
• Compliance tracking across fire safety, insurance, lift registrations, pool compliance and Strata Hub reporting
• General administration, scheduling, filing and data clean-up
• Preparing daily reports covering completed tasks, outstanding items and priorities

About you

• Experience with Strata Master and FileSmart
• Strong administration and customer service background
• Previous Australian strata management experience would be highly advantageous
• Familiarity with NSW strata legislation is preferred
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and capable of working independently without constant supervision
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Comfortable working Australian business hours
• Can start immediately
