The Role

• Manage a portfolio of mixed strata schemes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and committees
• Provide advice and guidance across strata matters
• Ensure schemes remain compliant with relevant legislation and by-laws
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Deliver a high level of service to clients
• Location: Brisbane Inner West

About You

• Previous experience as a Strata Manager or similar
• Strong understanding of strata legislation and compliance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing your own workload while working within a supportive team
• Comfortable using strata management software
• Experienced Strata Assistants ready to step up are also encouraged to apply
