Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $115,000 – $180,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Strategic Adviser to support senior leadership on the highest-priority strategic questions. The role combines executive judgment with hands-on analysis — moving fluidly between framing problems and getting work done.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects assigned by senior leadership

• Build analyses and recommendations for board, investor, and executive audiences

• Run discovery and structured problem solving on ambiguous issues

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that cut across the company

• Prepare leadership communications, decks, and memos

• Advise on competitive positioning, market entry, and major strategic moves

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, or operating leadership roles

• Track record of structuring and delivering complex strategic projects

• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive presence

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with ambiguity

• Experience working directly with C-suite leaders

• MBA or advanced degree preferred
