Blackmont Consulting EMEA Branch

Strategic Advisor
About Us
Blackmont Consulting is a student-led organisation founded in 2020, focused on delivering rigorous, insight-driven analysis to
support organisations in making better decisions and achieving measurable impact. We operate at the intersection of strategy,
execution, and talent development, working with startups, nonprofits, and growing organisations across multiple markets.
About the Role
As a Strategic Advisor, you will mentor and support Project Managers throughout the delivery of live consulting projects.
Rather than managing projects directly, you will act as an independent advisor, helping Project managers strengthen their strategic thinking, overcome project challenges, and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
Each Strategic Advisor supports up to three projects simultaneously, providing approximately 1 hour of guidance per project each week.
You will work directly with Project Managers and will not be responsible for managing Business Consultants or participating in the day-to-day delivery of projects.
Strategic Advisors operate independently within the consulting programme, serving as experienced mentors and trusted sounding boards.
While client meeting attendance is entirely optional, you are welcome to participate if you wish to gain
additional insight into project progress and client discussions.
