Strategic Alliances - Engineering Software Ecosystem

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will lead strategic partnerships with engineering software providers including Siemens, Dassault Systmes, PTC and related ecosystem partners. The individual will drive alliance strategy, joint go-to-market initiatives, solution development, pipeline creation and executive engagement to accelerate Tata Technologies growth in PLM, digital engineering, manufacturing engineering and digital thread transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own alliance strategy, business planning and governance for Siemens, Dassault Systmes, PTC and adjacent engineering software partners.
• Develop joint solutions and industry offerings spanning PLM, MBSE, Digital Twin, ALM, MES, Digital Manufacturing and Engineering Data Management.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-sell motions, account mapping and executive alignment.
• Build relationships across partner sales, industry, product, alliance and leadership teams globally.
• Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, industry events, customer workshops and thought-leadership initiatives.
• Support competency development, certifications, specializations and partner program compliance.
• Work with sales, solutioning and delivery teams to position integrated engineering transformation programs.
• Maintain alliance dashboards, pipeline reviews and executive business reviews.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES

• 10-12 years of experience in alliances, partner management, engineering software sales, consulting or ecosystem development.
• Experience working with, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, PTC Windchill, Creo or related platforms.
• Strong understanding of product development, digital engineering and manufacturing transformation.
• Proven ability to create pipeline, influence revenue and execute partner-led growth motions.
• Executive stakeholder management and experience working across global matrix organizations.
• Strong commercial, business-development and solution-positioning skills.

PREFERRED EXPERTISE

• Automotive, Aerospace or Industrial Machinery industry experience.
• Knowledge of Digital Twin, SDV, MBSE, PLM, MES and Industry 4.0 ecosystems.
• Experience managing strategic technology partnerships and joint investment programs.
