- Support the end-to-end execution of Coralogix’s large-scale tradeshows and flagship events across EMEA
- Help manage the EMEA event calendar and logistics timeline, keeping every workstream on track
- Coordinate booth build, sponsorships, speaking slots, shipping, and on-site setup with vendors and partners
- Manage vendor and agency coordination day-to-day, holding them to timelines and quality

- Track event spend against budget and flag risks proactively
- Manage the event toolkit, swag inventory, booth assets, and shipping logistics
- Coordinate pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up with field marketing and the SDR/BDR teams to convert attendees into qualified meetings
- Support on-site execution at events: setup, staffing coordination, and real-time troubleshooting
- Help build post-event recaps that report attendance, pipeline sourced and influenced, and lessons learned for the next show
