₹6 LPA Fixed + ₹6 LPA Variable | Up to ₹12 LPA

• Strategic Growth Associate

₹10 LPA Fixed + ₹6 LPA Variable | Up to ₹16 LPA

About the Role

Join PlaceMux’s Campus 2 Career team and help students choose the right career programs while driving B2C sales and enrollments.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp & meetings
• Counsel students and understand their career goals
• Drive Lead → Follow-up → Conversion
• Handle objections and close enrollments
• Achieve sales targets
• Maintain CRM and follow-up records

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Target-oriented and ambitious mindset
• Ability to build trust quickly
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Freshers are welcome
• Graduates / Final-year students can apply
