Strategic Implementation Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Implementation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation process for 2-3 strategic enterprise accounts
• Collaborate daily with senior customer stakeholders including VPs of Total Rewards
• Run and interpret pay equity analyses to guide customer strategy
• Lead complex migrations and implementations of various the company products
• Deliver value realization storytelling to showcase customer milestones and ROI
• Serve as a prototype for the company’s high-touch expert model in customer engagement
• Partner with internal teams to relay customer feedback and develop scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in pay equity, compensation, or total rewards
• Significant experience managing complex enterprise SaaS implementations
• Strong project management and planning abilities for high-stakes engagements
• Ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed organizations
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive-level contacts
• Prior people-leadership experience is a plus, with a focus on individual contribution
• Passion for closing pay and opportunity gaps
