  • Coordinate across business units, regions, and departments to maintain momentum and help resolve execution issues.
  • Escalate unresolved risks, resource constraints, and decisions that require leadership attention.
  • Partner with Information Systems to produce executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and metrics that clearly communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to align strategic objectives with capital and operating plans, track financial performance, and surface budget risks and variances.
  • Support the Director of Strategy in quarterly leadership review meetings by preparing agendas, decision materials, status reports, and follow-up actions.
  • Occasional travel to other office locations in Ohio and Michigan in support of cross-regional objectives.

Skills

  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills for managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong facilitation, active-listening, and questioning skills that draw out information, surface assumptions, and translate stakeholder input into clear plans, next steps, and commitments.
