Strategic Media Officer

Role Overview STRATEGIC & EFFECTIVE PLAN DEVELOPMENT

• Interprets audience data, customer journeys and competitive insights to generate actionable inputs for brand media planning.
• Develops channel recommendations and contributes to integrated media plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Analyzes campaign performance data and prepares post evaluation reports to inform future planning.
• Coordinates planning discussions with brand teams, agencies and IMC partners to ensure alignment of campaign strategies.

EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE

• Implements experimentation initiatives across media channels to test new formats and placements.
• Ensures campaigns follow planning timelines, governance standards and operational requirements.
• Assists in developing budget scenarios and tracking marketing investment against campaign performance.
• Conducts regular campaign performance reviews and recommends optimization actions across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in media, marketing, advertising, or campaign coordination.
• Basic knowledge of media planning, campaign management, analytics reporting, and digital media platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and reporting/dashboard tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines effectively.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new media trends, tools, and campaign optimization practices.
