What they need
About Us
We are a private equity–backed, technology-enabled healthcare services company in a period of rapid growth and expansion. Our mission is to improve outcomes for patients with complex and chronic health conditions while reducing hospital readmissions and the overall cost of care.
The Opportunity
The Strategic Operations team partners directly with executive leadership to advance the company’s highest-priority initiatives across operations, growth, and new business development. Operating as an internal strategy and execution group, the team works across functions to solve complex challenges and turn strategic priorities into measurable results.
This role offers significant exposure to leadership and the opportunity to shape the growth of a rapidly scaling healthcare platform. Successful team members may progress into broader leadership positions, including responsibility for regional strategy and operations, partnership portfolios, and P&L performance.
We are seeking an analytical, hands-on professional who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate is resourceful, intellectually curious, data-driven, and comfortable moving between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
This is a hybrid role based in New York City.
