Strategic Organization Development Manager

Business: Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)

Organization Size: Approximately 500–800 employees

Reporting Line: Reports directly to Head of Human Resources

Team Management: Oversees a team of 2 (L&D) professionals

Working Days: Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:30)

Job Objective

To drive key initiatives in organization development, talent growth, and employee experience by working closely with senior leadership to support the company’s ongoing evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and people strategies
• Lead organization development (OD) initiatives, including organization structure, workforce planning, succession planning, and ways of working
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives to build a positive and high-performing workplace
• Design and implement talent development, leadership development, and succession planning programs
• Oversee learning and training programs to strengthen organizational capabilities
• Manage and improve the Performance Management System (PMS)
• Support internal communication and change management initiatives to ensure organizational alignment

Qualifications;-

• 7–12 years of experience in OD, L&D, or Talent Management
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in driving people initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
