Why Join Vision?
- Work at the centre of high-profile sponsorship, media and advertising deals across some of Australia’s best-known sporting and entertainment assets.
- Direct exposure to senior commercial, marketing and executive stakeholders, including the Vision CEO.
- A collaborative, target-driven team where the quality of your work directly shapes commercial outcomes.
- Three days a week, with a role that gives you a broad view of how a growing sales business runs.
The Role
A hands-on commercial support and coordination role within Vision’s Commercial team. You’ll support the Commercial Sales Managers and GM, Commercial to win and service partnerships, preparing proposals, sales presentations, reports and supporting material, and coordinating across business units so that what’s sold is delivered. This role doesn’t carry an individual revenue target, but it contributes directly to results through the accuracy, quality and timeliness of your work.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain the day-to-day management of all internal reporting functions within the business as well as with external stakeholders as required. This will include updating relevant documentation across multiple assets of the business.
- Prepare tailored proposals, sales presentations, reports and correspondence, and help build best practice across our pitches.
- Work closely with the Commercial Sales Managers and GM, Commercial on proposals, brand strategy ideas and supporting marketing material.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts across business units to execute sponsorship programs and service our client base.
- Be the reliable point of contact for internal and global requests for information.
- Research companies, contacts and new products to inform outreach and strategy.
- Manage the CEO’s diary, travel and expenses, with full discretion.
- Work with our internal marketing teams to amplify Vision’s social media presence, including LinkedIn.
- Keep the CRM, expense portal and accounting system current and accurate.
What You’ll Need
- Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, plus Adobe Creative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to relate to sponsors and clients in a professional, responsible way.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management, with the discipline to report accurately and on time.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Initiative and sound judgement, and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced team.
- Full working rights in Australia, and availability for the agreed three days per week for the full 12-month term.
- Willingness to travel between Volaro Group locations as required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in sports, sponsorship or media sales (highly regarded, but not required).
