Strategic Plan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational objectives and market opportunities
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with senior management and departmental heads to define strategic priorities and initiatives
• Create detailed implementation roadmaps and timelines for strategic projects
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
• Identify risks and opportunities related to strategic planning and develop mitigation strategies
• Review and refine strategic plans based on market changes, performance data, and organizational feedback
• Support the development of business cases and financial models for new strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced business qualification is advantageous
• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, business strategy, or corporate development roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Demonstrated experience with financial modelling, forecasting, and business case development
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences
• Experience in the insurance or superannuation sector is highly desirable
• Proven track record of driving organizational change and implementing strategic recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across diverse teams
