Strategic Planning

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the formulation of the company's medium and long-term strategic planning, strategic implementation and strategic risk management, and coordinate the implementation of relevant deployments serving national strategies.
2. Participate in the formulation of the company's annual business plan, business forecasting, business analysis and dynamic management of business results, and prepare core reports such as business analysis and business development. Cooperate with the parent company to implement the business performance assessment plan, conduct implementation evaluation and special assessment.
3. Participate in the company's asset-liability management, rational allocation of business resources and related business coordination.
4. Conduct strategic research, business research and market research to support the feasibility demonstration and implementation of major strategic projects.
5. Manage the company's data and billing statements, sort out and optimize core business processes, and assist in promoting the implementation of business system requirements.
6. Complete other special tasks of strategic planning and business management assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in insurance, finance, actuarial science, economics, management or other relevant fields.
2. More than 10 years work experience; relevant work experience in strategic planning, business analysis and asset management in the overseas branches of state-owned financial enterprises.
3. Familiar with the operation logic of the insurance industry, strategic management system, business planning process and data analysis methods.
4. Excellent capabilities in logical analysis, report writing, cross-departmental communication and project promotion.
5. Candidates with actuary qualifications, CFA, FRM are preferred; those familiar with Hong Kong insurance regulatory rules and asset-liability management (ALM) are preferred.
6. Proficient in Office software suite, with strong business analysis capabilities.
7. Rigorous and responsible at work with strong execution ability, and good English reading and writing skills.
