About the Role

The role will support the coordination and execution of a large-scale transformation program and offers broad exposure to cross-functional initiatives, business performance monitoring and interaction with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monitoring and coordination of activities across multiple program workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall transformation objectives;
• Act as a trusted partner for workstream leaders, facilitating transparency, issue escalation, and effective problem-solving;
• Support performance controlling activities by monitoring financial and operational targets and tracking progress against key objectives;
• Contribute to program planning and provide dedicated support to strategic and business-critical initiatives;
• Prepare consolidated reports and management updates for senior leadership and Top Management;
• Facilitate and moderate discussions with workstream leaders and management stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment;
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to support decision-making and progress tracking across the transformation program.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Engineering Master degree;
• About 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Excellent command of English;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different organizational levels;
• Analytical mindset combined with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving;
• High level of adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic and evolving environment;
• Willingness to travel upon request (10% of the time).
• Strong learning agility and continuous improvement mindset, demonstrating the motivation to challenge the status quo and contribute to organizational development.

Our Offer

Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 44.400, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.

A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.

The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
